Cafe Milagro in Manuel Antonio was one of my favorite places to have breakfast. They have some of the best coffee I've ever had. The also have fresh fruit smoothies, full breakfast menu and a lunch menu. Cafe Milagro is a must visit on your trip to Quepos and Manuel Antonio.

With three locations Café Milagro appears to personify the Costa Rican lifestyle – friendly, and rich in tradition. My first experience with Café Milagro was at their location up the hill in Manuel Antonio. As I entered, I was greeted by the enticing aroma of freshly-brewed Costa Rican coffee. Then the waiter ushered us to their outdoor patio where lush tropical greenery presented an exotic backdrop for pleasurable laid-back dining that included a tasty breakfast and then, later in the day, lunch. Each time, their staff was very friendly, and their store filled with delectables that would tempt anyone. Then, a few days later, I also visited their location in downtown Quepos. While not as exotic as the Manuel Antonio location, the same ambiance was still prevalent, and the food at their next-door restaurant called El Patio, made an equally fun and inviting experience.
