This was not my first choice for lodging in Manuel Antonio, but it was the only one that I could find a reservation. To begin with, when I checked in, the person at the front desk was not very friendly. Next was my room - far from the standards set by my visit to a previous hotel in the area. Burgular bars everywhere. Other guests seemed to complain about money missing from their rooms. Luckily, not mine. But, the pool area was nice, and the other guests were friendly. The location of the hotel, however, was suitable and convenient. Would I visit there, again? Doubtful.
