- From Escazu, take the old road to Santa Ana. When you past the Rock n Roll bar, you'll come to the point where the road forces you take a right. On that corner where you take a right is where Ceviche de rey is located. After you take that right, turn right into the first driveway and thats where their parking and entrance is.

Today was my first visit to Ceviche del Rey and I can tell you, I will be going back. I had the Ceviche Corvina (Sea Bass Ceviche w Onions) for starters and then had the Fried Sea bass with Garlic sauce. Yum. The Ceviche kinda put me off at first, because of the bigger chunks of fish, but once I started, there was no stopping. Keep in mind, the Ceviche portion was huge, definitely made for two. The fried Sea Bass was excellent and the garlic sauce made me want to lick the plate. The price was fare for the quality and portion size. Ceviche was $4,150 ($7 us) and the fried Sea Bass was $4,650 ($8 us). If in Santa Ana, you should give this place a try. I've heard that they have 3 locations around Costa Rica, so if not the one in Santa Ana, then find and try one of the others.
